軟壁菌門（Tenericutes）旧称無壁菌門，新名 Mycoplasmatota（暂无译名）^[3]^[4]，是細菌界下的一個門。該門下有一個綱，即柔膜細菌綱（英语：Mollicutes）（Mollicutes）。該門命名於1984年^[5]^[6]^[7]。該門下的典型物種有枝原體、螺原體（Spiroplasma）、脲原体（英语：Ureaplasma）（Ureaplasma），以及植原體（Phytoplasma）。軟壁菌門屬於革蘭氏陰性菌；其中，一部分軟壁菌門下的物種是生理狀況下胎盤菌群（英语：placental microbiome）的一部分^[8]^[9]。軟壁菌門的細菌通常對人體無害。
