內在因子(英語:intrinsic factor, IF)——又稱胃內在因子(gastric intrinsic factor, GIF)——是由胃的壁細胞分泌的一種醣蛋白,能與維生素B12結合成一種錯合物,這種錯合物對蛋白質水解酶有很強的抵抗力,可防止維生素B12被分解破壞。當錯合物移動至迴腸時,可和迴腸黏膜上的特殊受體結合,進而促進迴腸上皮吸收維生素B12。上述過程是人體吸收維生素B12的唯一途徑,因此體內如果產生抗內在因子的抗體或內在因子分泌不足,將會出現維生素B12吸收不良,進而影響紅血球的生成,造成惡性貧血。
