Timo Kotipelto född 15 mars 1969 i Lappajärvi i Finland, är sångare i finska powermetal-bandet Stratovarius och har tillhört bandet sedan 1994. Han har ett eget soloband (Kotipelto) där bland annat Jari Kainulainen ex-basist (Stratovarius) och Janne Warman (Children of Bodom) finns. Han spelar även i ett nytt metal band kallat Cain's Offering tillsammans med Jani Liimatainen, Sonata Arcticas förra gitarrist.
