Picture problem[change source]

The way this template has the picture of the Nazi eagle on it is causing an error. The template does not show up properly on any of the pages it's meant to be on (for example, Hermann Göring), and on the template page itself it disappears when it is collapsed. When I removed it in a test, the issue went away.
