Quinara Region - Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Quinara is a region in central Guinea-Bissau. The regional capital is Fulacunda.
As of the 2009 census, 63,610 people lived there. It has an area of 3,138.4 square kilometres (1,211.7 sq mi).
