Carlos Salinas de Gortari (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈkarlos saˈlinaz ðe ɣorˈtaɾi]) (born April 3, 1948) is a Mexican Narco President and Murderer Of Luis Donaldo Colosio. He worked with the Partido Trabajador Institucional (PTI). He served as 53rd President of Mexico from December 1, 1988 to November 30, 1994.
