Prêmio Grammy de Melhor Filme Musical (do inglês: Grammy Award of Best Music Film) é uma categoria do Grammy Awards, uma cerimônia estabelecida em 1958,[1] concedido para os artistas de gravação de obras de qualidade nos álbuns de vídeo longamente. As várias categorias são apresentadas anualmente pela National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences dos Estados Unidos em "honra da realização artística, proficiência técnica e excelência global na indústria da gravação, sem considerar as vendas ou posições nas tabelas musicais".[2]

Este prêmio é semelhante à categoria Grammy Award para Best Short Form Music Video, mas este é atribuído ao vídeo curto. O prêmio foi apresentado pela primeira vez em 1984. Entre 1984 a 1985, o prêmio era conhecido como Best Video Album, mas em 1986, foi renomeado para Best Music Video, Long Form. Em 1988 e 1989, os critérios de atribuição foram alterados e as atribuições para o vídeo foram apresentados nas categorias Best Concept Music Video e Best Performance Music Video. Os prêmios foram devolvidos ao formato original em 1990. Exceto em 1988 e 1989, esta categoria foram incluídos os artistas, diretores e produtores associados com o vídeo vencedor. O nome da categoria foi encurtado em 2014 para o atual.

Os cantores Madonna e Sting detêm o recorde de mais vitórias como intérprete, nesta categoria, com dois cada. Até o momento, David Mallet é o único diretor a receber mais de um prêmio nesta categoria. Ele ganhou seu primeiro prêmio em 1992 e um segundo na cerimônia de 1995. O grupo britânico de pop/rock Eurythmics detém o recorde de maior número de indicações como artista sem vencer, com três entre 1985 a 1991.
