2020 w lekkoatletyce – prezentacja sezonu 2020 w lekkoatletyce.

Większość zawodów lekkoatletycznych w sezonie 2020 zostało odwołane lub przełożone na inne terminy z powodu pandemii COVID-19. Najważniejszą imprezą międzynarodową którą udało się rozegrać były mistrzostwa świata w półmaratonie w Gdyni.
