ジョシュア・マイケル・ティルマン（Joshua Michael Tillman、1981年5月3日 - ）は、ファーザー・ジョン・ミスティ（Father John Misty）の芸名で知られるアメリカ合衆国・メリーランド州ロックビル出身のシンガーソングライター、ギタリスト、ドラマーである。

ミュージックキャリア[編集]

2003年、初となる公式アルバム「Untitled No. 1」をリリース。この時は現在のアーティスト名ではなく、J・ティルマン名義での発表となっている。その後、2010年までの約7年の間に8枚の作品を発表した。

2008年、ソロ活動に行き詰まりを感じ、フリート・フォクシーズにドラマーとして加入。

2012年1月、東京公演を最後にフリート・フォクシーズを脱退。ソロ・プロジェクト、ファーザー・ジョン・ミスティ名義での活動を開始。

2012年4月30日、アルバム「Fear Fun」をリリース。全米ビルボード200にて、初登場123位を記録。

2015年2月9日、ファーザー・ジョン・ミスティ名義でのセカンド・アルバム「I Love You, Honeybear」をリリース。全米ビルボード200にて、初登場17位を記録。

2017年4月、アルバム「Pure Comedy」をリリース。全米ビルボード200にて、初登場10位を記録。

2018年6月、アルバム「God's Favorite Customer」をリリース。全米ビルボード200にて、初登場18位を記録。
