高橋 怜子（たかはし れいこ）は、日本の写真家。

2018年にナショナルジオグラフィックの写真コンテストにおいて日本人初のグランプリを受賞。

岩手県北上市在住（大船渡市出身）。岩手県立大船渡高等学校、山形大学理学部化学科卒業。

エンジニアの傍ら趣味でスキューバダイビングを始めたのをきっかけに、海洋生物をはじめとした水中写真の撮影を独学。同僚の急死をきっかけにして人生の残り時間と可能性を改めて考え直し、2017年に20年以上勤めた会社を退職し、取り組みたかった写真家として独立する。

PADI Divemaster。潜水士。
