北朝鮮に拘留されている外国人の一覧（きたちょうせん に こうりゅうされている がいこくじんのいちらん）は、朝鮮民主主義人民共和国で拘束された外国人の一覧。

※この一覧は、北朝鮮を訪れた訪朝外国人を対象としている。捕虜や、脱北者の勾留、または他の国で誘拐され北朝鮮に連れて行かれた拉致被害者は含まない。拉致問題については、関連項目の各項を参照。

勾留されやすい行動[編集]

北朝鮮は宗教、中でもキリスト教を忌み嫌い、聖書を持っていたりしただけで勾留された訪朝外国人観光客もおり、北朝鮮国内では処刑を含め極刑を下された者もいるほどの重罪である[1]。

他にも、最高指導者の尊厳を傷つける行為（金一族の肖像画や銅像に指をさすなどの侮辱行為）や、撮影が禁止されている場所を撮影するなどの行為も拘束される恐れがある。
