モルドバ：LPC192/2012^{ルーマニア語版・ロシア語版}
ポーランド：刑法1997年ポーランド共和国法誌第88号第553位第256条の定めるところにより、画像に関する言及が削除、現在は共産主義思想の活動のみ対象。
アメリカ合衆国：州法と市法とがあったものの、最高裁判所はストロンバーグ対カリフォルニア裁判 283 U.S. 359（1931年）でこれを違憲と判断。
