ハプログループC (Y染色体)（ハプログループC Yせんしょくたい、英: Haplogroup C (Y-DNA)）とは分子人類学において人類の父系を示すY染色体ハプログループ（型集団）の分類で、UEPs M130/RPS4Y711, P184, P255, およびP260によって定義されるグループである。
拡散経路[編集]
崎谷満は現生人類は出アフリカ後、南ルート、北ルート、西ルートの3方向に拡散したとしており、Y染色体ハプログループCの下位系統（の祖型）はそれぞれ分かれて別ルートを進んだ[1]。
- 南ルート：C1b2（C-B477）
- 北ルート：C2（C-M217）、C1a1（C-M8）
- 西ルート：C1a2（C-V20/V184）
