Premiership Rugby 2023-24 è il 37º campionato nazionale inglese di rugby a 15 di prima divisione. Il campionato è iniziato il 13 ottobre 2023 per concludersi con la finale dell'8 giugno 2024.

Il torneo è noto anche come Gallagher Premiership a seguito di accordo di naming stipulato ad aprile 2018 con la compagnia statunitense d'assicurazioni e gestione finanziaria Arthur J. Gallagher[1]; nel 2021 tale accordo, in scadenza al 2022, fu rinnovato per una non meglio specificata «durata poliennale»[2].

Per il secondo anno consecutivo, la squadra vincitrice del Championship 2022-23, i Jersey Reds, non ottenne la licenza per la promozione in Premiership in quanto l'impianto del club può ospitare 4000 spettatori a fronte degli almeno 10001 richiesti dalla Rugby Football Union[3]. Tale ragione e l'esclusione dei London Irish a causa di problemi finanziari, ridussero il numero dei club partecipanti al campionato a 10[4].

Il valore delle marcature, come stabilito da World Rugby nel 2017, è: 5 punti per ciascuna meta (7 se trasformata), 7 punti per la meta tecnica, 3 punti per la realizzazione di ciascun calcio piazzato, idem per il drop[5].
