Ziemeļu priekšpilsēta (Liepāja)

Ziemeļu priekšpilsēta (North suburbs) is a modern neighborhood in Liepāja, Latvia.[1] Located south from Karosta next to Jaunliepāja. In the recent years there has been a high crime rate and it is considered as an unsafe neighborhood.
