Road Course Ringers[edit]

This should probably be in the box, alongside Buschwakers, since both are words used for the sports to describe a group of drivers. Casey14 01:37, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I hate it[edit]

It is huge and ugly and has links to things that are unimportant and links that are under the wrong names and it isn't formatted right. Am I alone on this? Recury 19:11, 5 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • I'm fine with it, considering that I made it, but I am always open to suggestions. NASCAR needs to be inline with the pages of other sports and this template helps people new to nascar navigate through the different entries regarding NASCAR's different series, important people, and important terms. The MLB, NBA, and NFL have similar templates. While it may not be formatted correctly, I think it helps NASCAR navigationBenje309 20:21, 5 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
    • I like it (and it is needed, as mentioned), but it needs a few tweaks here and there...it's a work in progress Doctorindy 13:27, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

NASCAR on NBC[edit]

I have replaced the NASCAR on NBC link with the NASCAR on TNT. I did this because NBC doesn't show NASCAR for now and I felt that the template doesn't need past television links and needs to be kept current. Hence why I replaced it with NASCAR on TNT which is current. Sawblade05 07:35, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Blank space on right[edit]

Ok, I dug through the history and found out when the large blank space on the right side of the template. It was right here. But I can't quite figure out exactly what part of that edit did it, or what needs to be done to eliminate it. Or just rewriting all that nasty table hardcode with {{navbox}} would solve things too. :) — MrDolomite • Talk 07:24, 28 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Former NASCAR series[edit]

Does anyone have a list of all the series NASCAR has had over the years? I know that it once had a midget series, a dirt late-model series in the Midwest, and I think it also had a drag racing series. Pja1981 (talk) 23:39, 3 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Where in this would the former Australian NASCAR series go? Presently represented by the Australian Stock Car Auto Racing article, although that really needs to be split into three articles for the sanctioning body and the two major classes, Australian NASCAR and AUSCAR. --Falcadore (talk) 02:49, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected edit request on 19 November 2014[edit]

Please change Nationwide Series to Xfinity Series 2602:306:C448:ECD9:91CA:9D60:76A8:2A15 (talk) 15:53, 19 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Done - It seems they change there name every 3/4 years ... Wouldn't it be a better to just stick to the articles name ? ... –Davey2010(talk) 16:42, 19 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Former teams[edit]

I was de-orphaning and saw that article, so I put that page in the template... Yamont (talk) 00:40, 27 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Suggested addition[edit]

Since this navbox is about NASCAR the company as much as any other aspect, would it make sense to add a list of the tracks that are outright owned by NASCAR? Just a thought I had. oknazevad (talk) 16:14, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
