The Roman Catholic Diocese of Santa Cruz do Sul (Latin: Dioecesis Sanctae Crucis in Brasilia) is a diocese located in the city of Santa Cruz do Sul in the ecclesiastical province of Santa Maria in Brazil.

- 20 June 1959: Established as Diocese of Santa Cruz do Sul from the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Porto Alegre
