Nowjeh Mehr (Persian: نوجه مهر), also known as Nowj Mehr,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Nowjeh Mehr Rural District[4] of Siah Rud District, Jolfa County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 436 in 102 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 397 people in 111 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 515 people in 157 households.[2]
