Source By extrapolating data from Statistics Canada, particularly this URL: [1]. I added the net migration levels for each provinces from 1997/1998 to 2006/2007, and then weighed all these sums with the 2016 population of Canada. I used the blank map of Canada found on Wikipedia as basis, and then filled in the colors for each provinces
