Dehnow Rural District (Persian: دهستان دهنو) is in Qaleh Qazi District of Bandar Abbas County, Hormozgan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Dehnow-e Pain.[3]

At the National Census of 2011, its population was 4,598 in 1,120 households.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,234 in 1,381 households. The most populous of its nine villages was Dehnow-e Pain, with 2,338 people.[2]
